I might have to get him to start saving it up so that we can give it a try… I’m sure that he wouldn’t mind the smell of bacon in his man cave, after all. He would probably welcome that!

The bacon smell was not potent at all, and no smoke that I noticed. Not in comparison to cooking it on the stove or in the oven. It is much more concentrated when the bacon is cooking and the fat is rendering out of it. I haven’t added spices to mine (yet) to have an opinion on that part.
